I am an artist, writer, and sacred space-holder devoted to the creative path as a form of spiritual service. Through painting, poetry, and intimate retreats, I offer invitations into deeper self-connection, embodied healing, and the remembrance of who we truly are beneath the noise of the world.

My ministry is one of beauty, truth, and devotion. I believe that creativity is not a luxury—it’s a lifeline. As the Gospel of Thomas says, “If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.” This has been the heartbeat of my journey, bringing forth what is within me.

My work is inspired by the divine feminine in all her light-filled expressions—nurturing, wise, radiant, and fierce in her compassion. I create from a space of deep listening, allowing what wants to come through to take form on the canvas or page. Much of my art is born from prayer and contemplation, and each piece carries an energy meant to awaken or soothe.

In addition to my creative work, I host retreats centered around yoga, nutrition, and sacred self-care. I hold certifications as a health coach and Ayurvedic nutritionist, and in the past have woven these teachings into my retreats. I trust these offerings will continue to evolve as I do, guided by spirit and the needs of those I serve.

I live in the mountains of North Carolina with my beloved family, where I gather inspiration from the natural world and the rhythms of a slower, more intentional life. My hope is that what I share—whether a painting, a poem, or a moment of stillness in retreat—helps others feel a little more whole, a little more seen, and a little more free.​​
